Last night stayed with Becky, Matt's cousin. Had a great time. Stayed in and drank. They sell beer in the basement of the dorm. There is also some type of bar open 4 days a week. Guys & girls use the same bathroom/showers. There was also a small kitchen & porch where you could cook & drink, socialize, etc. We had a very good time. Becky was really cool, not to mention we got free room & board for the night. Last night we bought around 35 .5 Liter beers…and finished them (all but a few that someone had opened but not drank). Brian & Rob got drunk and crashed early. Brian almost did a repeat of Stout when I caught him about to take a leak on the wall of Becky's room. I took him to the bathroom where he peed in the shower (even though the urinal was right there) and then tried to get into the room right across from the bathroom. Rob never got up. He just urinated all over himself and her bed (he claims that Brian peed on him). Anyway, they both get points for last night.
We bought some food this morning for the 1:36pm train ride. Tried to buy Birkenstocks - not a good selection. I'll get some in Zurich, where we'll arrive at 7 tonight. It's been nice traveling in a small group.

The Hostle we're staying at in Zurich is annoying. It's really clean and nice & all, but you have to be in by 1am or you're locked out. It's a 50 SFR (about $50) fine for having alcohol, prices are crappy (about $4.50 for a slice of pizza - we have our own food), the check in/out link is very long & inefficient (1 person for a huge line, taking about 5 min per person), and the lights as well as the showers are on timers. The light shut off on me twice during on shit, and once during a shower (and it's not just me it happens to). I guess I'm just bitter because for the price, I'm really not impressed, although it is rather nice. All the others have their own room. I'm next door with 2 guys from Iceland and one from Taiwan.
